The Fall 2015 collection from Raf Simons, Dior’s creative director, exuded tranquility, softness and substance. Full, flared and long sleeves, cashmere coats and delicate soft dresses were worn by models who had their hand placed elegantly across the gorgeous, elaborate coats in green, pink and red, floating on platform heels with delicate straps.
Also prominent were fluid, dreamy dresses in soft pastels and white, with flowery and feathery prints on chiffon and organza and delicate embellishments.
Schiaparelli with their collection features brocade, beautifully cut and used to make structured jackets with bishop collars, heavily embellished and embroidered jackets with sleeves and without, worn over delicate creamy and sheer blouses with tailored ankle length pants.
Also full skirted dresses are adorned with faces of Elsa Schiaparelli, founder of the label, of Lee Miller, who was a Schiaparelli model, and Leigh Bowery.
