Before Bobbi Kristina Brown died, a lawsuit filed on behalf of her estate leveled some serious allegations against Nick Gordon.
And now that she has passed, the accusations have reached another level.
Estate administrator Bedelia Hargrove, who was appointed a conservator while Bobbi Kristina was still alive, filed an amended complaint against Gordon on Friday, alleging wrongful death.
In the 13-page amended complaint obtained by E! News, the estate accuses Gordon of fighting with his live-in girlfriend on Jan. 31, calling her a “‘whore'” and a “‘bitch'” and accusing her of cheating, before giving her a “toxic cocktail rendering her unconscious,” after which he “put her face down in a tub of cold water causing her to suffer brain damage.” The estate cites “information and believe” in the suit in claiming to know what transpired.

Per official accounts, Bobbi Kristina was found face-down in the water of a bathtub in the Atlanta-area town home she was sharing with Gordon. She was unresponsive and, though in later days she was taken off a ventilator, she never recovered. She died on July 26 in hospice care.
Gordon did not attend her funeral last weekend.
“The passing of Bobbi Kristina is devastating to Nick and our family,” Michele Gordon, Nick’s mother, said in a statement to NBC News. “Nick loved and cared for Krissi deeply, and he has suffered greatly each and every day they’ve been apart,” she said in a statement to NBC News. “Nick and our family are in mourning, and we ask that you respect our privacy. Our thoughts and prayers are with both the Houstons and the Browns during this difficult time.”
Gordon’s attorney has not yet returned a request for comment about the amended complaint.
The lawsuit further contends that, after Gordon allegedly put Bobbi Kristina in the tub, he “came out of the master bedroom wearing a different set of clothing than he was wearing prior” to the argument, and then got in bed, where an unidentified “female guest” was waiting, and said to her, ‘”Now I want a pretty little white girl like you.'”
The complaint further alleges that, when another person present at the town house went to check on Bobbi Kristina 15 minutes later, she was unconscious. Gordon came into the bathroom, let the cold water out of the tub and “later shouted, ‘Clean up, clean up,'” to the others present, the lawsuit claims.
Once paramedics were called, Bobbi Kristina was transported to North Fulton Hospital and placed in a medically induced coma, the suit continues.
The original suit, which was filed in June, alleged domestic abuse and also contended that Gordon had stolen upward of $11,000 from Bobbi Kristina’s bank accounts since she had been hospitalized.
His lawyer didn’t comment at the time and several days later it was reported that he was trying to beef up his legal team.
UPDATE: Gordon’s attorneys, Joe Habachy and Jose Baez, said in a statement to NBC News:
“The recent lawsuit against Nick is slanderous and meritless. Nick has been heartbroken and destroyed over the loss of his love and it’s shameful that such baseless allegations have been presented publicly. Nick has engaged civil counsel and intends to defend the lawsuit vigorously and expose it for what it is: a fictitious assault against the person who loved Krissy most.”
